When your order has been processed and despatched we will send you a confirmation email. This means we formally accept the order.

We do not have to accept your order if:

• We do not have the goods in stock
• Your payment is not authorised
• There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the goods
• You have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions on the “cancelling an order” page.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

If you cancel part of an order the postage and packaging charge is recalculated on the price of the goods you keep.

This period starts the day following delivery of the goods.

Certain items are excluded from the cooling off period e.g. Personalised or engraved items and pierced jewellery (earrings, body Jewellery).

When you order from us online, you are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period, which includes any statutory cooling off time. You can return your goods without any penalty as long as they are returned in perfect condition and with original packaging.

This period starts the day following delivery of the goods.

Certain items are excluded from the cooling off period e.g. Personalised or engraved items and pierced jewellery (earrings, body Jewellery).

Items purchased during the Christmas period Starting 15th Nov 09 can be returned up to the 10th of January 2010.

Please note we do not refund postage on unwanted gifts.

Claims against couriers for goods damaged in transit will remain the responsibility of the sender.

We will refund the delivery charges only if the goods received are damaged, faulty or not as ordered.

In the unlikely event you receive an item which is damaged/faulty you must Inform us immediately. A replacement or refund can then be arranged.
